How to Return an Item
Initiate Return
Log into your account and select the order you want to return. Click on "Return Item" and select the reason for return.
Package Item
Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the return form in the package.
Schedule Pickup
Choose a convenient time for our courier to pick up the item. You can also drop it off at our nearest collection point.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Policy
Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Item Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping
Free return shipping is available for items that arrived damaged or defective.
